Billy has been fishing since the ripe old age of 5 at his grandparent’s farm in Tennessee. Fishing ponds grew to fishing lakes and along the way tournament fishing began to grow, and the competition interested him. Billy began fishing competitively when he was 27. He experienced success in several tournament circuits at local and national levels. Some of his most notable accomplishments are Angler of the Year (2007), Top Tens in FLW Outdoor Tournaments and numerous 1st place wins.
